False Grid Club

Less hauling.
More driving.

False Grid Club is a private motorsports proving ground near Houston — a members' track where you can test, tune, and actually drive your car as often as you want. No $400-a-day gate fees. No three-hour haul to a far-off circuit for twenty minutes of seat time. Just a local track you actually use — and if you rent a garage bay, your car lives here, so you skip the trailer entirely.

Brazoria County, TX  •  Opening 2027  •  Only 100 memberships — then garage-only

You built the car. You did the suspension, the tires, the tune. And then to actually use it, you load it on a trailer, find a tow vehicle, drive hours to a track day, pay hundreds of dollars, and get a handful of sessions before you pack it all up and drive home.

Your car was built to be driven — not stored.

False Grid Club fixes the math: a place close to home where your membership is the access. Show up, drive, come back next week. As often as you want.

A car-control proving ground

Built for everything you drive

Grip, drift, autocross, data laps, or just shaking down a new setup. One heat-stable surface, configured for real driving — not a parking-lot cone course, not a far-away road course you visit twice a year.

01

Test & Tune

Shake down mods, dial in alignment, log data, learn the car's limits — on your schedule, not an event calendar's.

02

Grip Driving

A technical handling course to lap and improve corner after corner, without paying per-day track fees every single visit.

03

Drift & Car Control

A proper skidpad and layout for sliding, practice, and car-control work. Our flagship community — and just one of the things you can do here.

04

Store It On-Site

Rent a garage bay and your car lives where you drive it — no trailer, no tow rig, ever. Park it after a session, walk away, drive it again next weekend.

Membership, not day rates

Join the Founding 100

Track membership is capped at 100 — ever. Put $1,000 down before we open and you're a Founding Member: three months free, then a locked rate no one else will get. Join after we open and it's a flat $300/mo with no free months — until the 100 fill. After that, the only way onto the track is a garage bay.

Private garage bays

Rent a bay and your car lives on-site, steps from the track — so you never load a trailer again. Every garage rental also includes full track membership, no separate dues. And once the 100 standalone memberships sell out, a bay is the only way onto False Grid. Drive-up access, keypad entry, 24/7, under video surveillance.

Why a club beats a track day

1

The access is the membership

No booking a date weeks out, no per-day gate fee every visit. Your dues cover it. Come drive a Wednesday evening because you feel like it.

2

A short haul — or none at all

The club is local, so members trailer in from twenty minutes away, not three hours. Rent a garage bay and you skip the trailer completely — your car's already here.

3

You actually get seat time

Reserve a spot for the day you want. Roster capacity is set for safety and surface quality — but with real-world member turnout, the track is rarely crowded.

4

A real community of drivers

Founders are the first 100. You'll know everyone, and everyone will know you. Built by a driver, for drivers — not a corporate landlord.

The plan

The site

Our acreage in Brazoria County: a technical drift-and-grip course, paddock and parking, the clubhouse, and two garage buildings — with a future 3.5-acre skid pad already mapped for the next phase.

Why "False Grid"?

The false grid is where racers stage their cars in order and hang out before they roll out to the start. It's the calm before the run — the part where the community actually happens. That's what we're building: a place your car waits between sessions, surrounded by people who get it.

If you know, you know.

Questions

Is this only for drifters?

No. Drift is our flagship community, but the club is built for anyone who wants to drive their car hard — grip, autocross, test-and-tune, car-control practice. If you've got a car you'd rather drive than trailer, this is for you.

What does the refundable deposit actually do?

Your $1,000 holds one of the 100 founding spots in your name while we build. It's fully refundable — returned in full if you change your mind, if the project isn't built, or if we don't open by the promised date. Deposits are held in a separate account and never spent as operating money.

How does the founding dues schedule work?

Put $1,000 down before we open and you're a Founding Member: free for the first three months, $200/month for the rest of year one, then $300/month locked after that. Join after we open and it's a flat $300/month ($500 initiation), no free months — available until the 100 memberships fill, after which a garage bay is the only way in.

Will the track be too crowded to enjoy?

Access is reservation-based with a daily roster cap set for safety and surface quality. In practice, member tracks see only a handful of cars out on a typical day, so the cap rarely binds — it exists to protect the rare peak days, not to ration normal access.

Do I have to rent a garage to be a member?

For the first 100, no — a standalone track membership stands on its own. But we're capping membership-only spots at 100, permanently. Once they're gone, a garage bay is the only way onto the track (full membership included, no separate dues). So the standalone memberships are genuinely first-come, first-served — when they're claimed, the only door left is a garage bay.

Do I have to trailer my car to the club?

If you don't rent a garage bay, yes — you'll trailer in like any track day. The difference is distance: the club is local, about twenty minutes from Pearland, not a three-hour haul to a far-off circuit. Rent a garage bay and your car lives on-site, so you never trailer at all.

When does it open?

Construction begins late 2026 / early 2027, with the club opening in 2027. We'll only break ground once financing is secured, and we'll keep founders updated the whole way.

Where is it?

Brazoria County, TX — roughly 30 minutes from Pearland, 45 from downtown Houston, an hour from Galveston. Close enough to be your regular, not a once-a-year trip.

Who's behind it?

Kyle Hale — Houston-area dentist, lifelong enthusiast, and the developer of the facility, with a background in practice ownership and development. Built by someone who actually drives, for people who actually drive.
